Feature Request- Manual only Collection Library Synchronization option

Just a feature request to pass along- it would be nice to have the option to only manually sync the PDQ Inventory collection library, like can be done with packages in PDQ Deploy.

The reason for this is that for PDQ Deploy schedules that link to the collection library "out of date" collections, if the variable for ex. java version updates, the schedule will start trying to deploy to machines even if you haven't approved the new java update package in pdq deploy.
