Weird happenings with cloned systems

We made the mistake of cloning non syspreped drives with the PDQ agent already installed and we are seeing some weirdness.

I assume they share the same PDQ Agent ID and are cross reporting to other systems and generally having a bit of fun. We uninstalled and reinstalled the agent but it seems to reinstall in silly ways. One agent shows not installed but reports user logon from a different system.

Is there / Where is the agent ID stored and how do I ensure it's deleted / regenerated to something unique? Bonus can I clear out the old agent history to show from install onward?

reg delete "hklm\software\admin arsenal\pdq inventory agent\secure key" /f
