What does LicenseStatus 5 mean ?

What does LicensStatus 5 mean (WMI Windows Licensing Status) ? Unactive Windows license ?
On nearly all the other computers I have LicenseStatus 1.

5 = Notification.

And "notification" means what ? I know that the specific computer have no windows licensekey, so it should be 0 and not 5.
