Looking for an example if a machine DOESN'T have a registry key

Some of our machines rolled without .NET 3.5 on them. I'd like to create a collection of machines that are missing .NET 3.5 . I've created a scanner to pull in the registry keys, if they exist, but I'm not sure how to create a collection of the registry keys do NOT exist? The examples I've seen are only if registry keys are present.

    PDQ Inventory already tracks the .net Version on every device:
