Looking for an example if a machine DOESN'T have a registry key

Some of our machines rolled without .NET 3.5 on them. I'd like to create a collection of machines that are missing .NET 3.5 . I've created a scanner to pull in the registry keys, if they exist, but I'm not sure how to create a collection of the registry keys do NOT exist? The examples I've seen are only if registry keys are present.

    Why you are looking for the registry key?

    PDQ Inventory already tracks the .net Version on every device:

    You only need this to find all devices without .net 3.5:

    I can not show you a example for the registry solution, because i don't know your scan, but it should be like something like this:
