Setup file waiting for Enter / Mouse Click

Hello, I'm new in this forum and I have an application/setup file that is waiting for an Enter key or Mouse click. Is there any way to "click" this when deploying thru PDQ? Thanks.

    If the setup doesn't support a "silent" install you can try AutoHotkey

    But there are a few limitations, watch the video
