Computer showing in dynamic collection that shouldn't?

What am I missing from the below? The definition shows this:

But then as an example, this computer keeps showing in the collection:

The application has two different possible names, which is why I have that in an Any group, but then the version is consistent between those so that is with the Any group in an All group.

What am I missing that is causing this computer to show in this dynamic collection?

    I realized the mistake, application version wasn't tied to the name as well. So as long as there was ANY application lower than that version and they had the Barracuda application, it showed in the group. I changed it so the version is with an ALL group for either name and that took care of it.
