Inventory not accurate for applications

I'm missing something here... probably an easy fix. My dyanmic collections are off.

In my example above I sort Servers > Online > Applications > Powershell. Under that, using the built in collections, it breaks down powershell by version. For my servers, i have 92 but only 10 are showing up under the sub categories even though every single server should show up. This is my inventory enter image description here

Shoot. Blunder on my part. Looks like my scanner service account isnt pulling in the applications after i changed it. I only have active directory entries and not actual server scans
