Report - to show a package has failed for a set amount of days/

Particularly, I would like a report that shows which machines failed for the last 7 days in a row, with my WOL package. Is there a way to do this? I came close when trying my own, but would only show machines that failed at all in the last 7 days, not machines that failed every day.

Hope this makes sense and isn't redundant. Thanks in advance.
