I'm getting the error Package is in use when trying to download a new update. I've never seen this before and not seeing anyone else post about it in the forums. Does anyone have an idea?

Delete the package and try to download the update again from the Package Library.

That worked. Does anyone have an idea what it means?

I did notice while cleaning up my repository today that the latest version of Evernote (the program I was having an issue with) was listed as an unused file making me think it was downloaded, but almost as if something else was getting in the way. I haven't tried to redownload with my Anti-Virus off yet and will in the morning.

Not sure what causes it, but this is the solution that PDQ support gave me months ago. They may know the details behind the behavior.
