Removing AD OU's - Inventory

As the title says I am trying to remove some OU's that were imported with my initial AD sync. Since then I have reorganized my companies Active Directory to clean it up. There are OU's still showing up under the active directory tab on the side panel than no longer exist in the AD. I cant for the life of me figure out how to make these stop showing in PDQ Inventory. If anyone has a solution for this I would greatly appreciate it.

  • This was a bug that was fixed in later customer builds of Inventory 16.3, contact us at support@pdq.com to get that latest build

  • I just experienced the same thing with version 19.3.409.0 of Inventory.  The OU was removed from my AD after an initial import.  A re-sync doesn't remove the OU.

  • Closing and restarting Inventory did caused the AD collection to update.  Shouldn't this update after a sync w/o requiring a restart?
