Can I build a standalone MSI?

Following these steps, but I was wondering if there was a way to export this as a standalone MSI file? *We have an EXE with a few command switches, but need to convert this to an MSI.

Yeah it's possible to wrap an EXE into an MSI installer. Just test this thoroughly, sometimes the conversion can be tricky.

I've used the program Robert linked in the past, and it does the trick.
