PDQ Inventory breaking scanning to shared folder.

Hi, I have a trial of PDQ Inventory and it seems to be a good product except for one issue I keep having. I have several MFP on site and have these set up to scan directly to a users shared folder. Users are unable to scan documents to their PCs when the PDQ Inventory service is running. If I disable PDQ Inventory annd restart the users pc, scanning works again. Any ideas on what could be causing this? Thanks, Poco
