Rules for both applications installed?

I have looked at examples and all the documentation and I think im doing this right but I just cant get it to work. I want to make a dynamic collection for PCs with Java 8u172 and Java 181 installed but it keeps returning nothing. I can see hundreds of PCs with both applications listed when I look at applications. What am I doing wrong?

I have an All group filter and then under that two Value filters so its like All Application Name Equals Java Update 172 Application Name Equals Java Update 181

    You're close, you need 1 Group Filter per Value Filter in this scenario.
