Access is denied.

I am trying to call an autodesk installer located in the share above. It's worked in the past, but now I am getting an Access is Denied message.
I've reset my credentials inside of PDQ deploy. Also reset them on the services for PDQ Deploy and PDQ inventory.
Any ideas?
Additional data: when I am on the workstation I am trying to deploy to, I open explorer and goto \software and it connects immediately.
