errnoeous Computer unreachable or offline

   We are attempting to deploy packages to a large number of clients, and with some PC's we experience “Computer unreachable or offline” when we know it isn’t offline as we can ping/RDP to it.  I am looking for a scripted method (like a batch file) to fix the issues on these machines that I can run and then be able to PDQ Deploy to them afterwards. 

      The “remote repair” tool comes back with all 4 things as not functional, but I don’t actually know what to do to fix any of them.  Does anyone have a batch file or set of instructions on how to fix this?  I can work on scripting it later if anyone only has instructions on fixing these issues but I would appreciate any thoughts or assistance at this point.

    Check Windows firewall profile setting, if it's listed as "Public Networks" then have the user restart the network location service.
