Exceeded timeout for completion

One more problem. We have a workstation (Windows XP 64) that doesn't do anything except manage the UPS on a VMware host. During the scan in PDQ Inventory, it is the last one still running - says 'Connecting'. It eventually times out - 'Exceeded timeout for completion. {0}'. I can Remote Desktop to it.
