"Membership Updating...."

Good morning everyone. I am trying to figure out why all dynamic collections now are continually now showing "Membership Updating...." since I did two things:

Install Agent on All Severs
Updated Default Scan Profile for Files and Directories

Now, no scans are currently running so I doubt that's being caused by the 2nd item on this list, but does installing the agent cause the system now that's getting updates cause the membership to always say this?

So that was it. Agents makes it so your memberships are updating all the time.

technically, the membership is always updating 😉 the agent just makes this data "always updating" in the database as its providing some more real time information than relying on just scans

I think I was having a problem where the server might not be the right size since I have PDQ Deploy and Inventory on the same box. If I have to, I will separate them out, but it seemed to make it very slow.
