Adobe Reader DC Continuous Track Can't Disable Steps 5 and 6

I am trying to disable the steps that disable installing the Reader Chrome Extension. In the Package details it says to disable these steps but the option to do so is greyed out. Does anyone know how to do this?

You will have to convert it to a Standard Package. https://documentation.pdq.com/PDQDeploy/17.1.0.0/auto-download.htm#standardpackage

Thanks for your quick reply. Yes I read that, but doesn't this disable the auto-download of future updates? This kinds of defeats the purpose of the continuous track packages.

Yes, it does. Unfortunately you cannot disable steps in Auto Download packages. However, you could add a Post Step to re-enable the extension.
