    create one yourself, i have found this on a previous thread that worked great for me

    BAT File: "%CommonProgramFiles(x86)%\Microsoft Shared\OFFICE14\Office Setup Controller\setup.exe" /uninstall

    Visio /config

    "\Server\Share\config.xml"

    Create a config.xml file on a share with below:
