dynamic collection for systems with older Windows updates

I am trying to find a way to create a collection that will show me systems that are say on the previous months Windows cumulative update. I am already using the built in collections to track systems that are either on the current update or not, but we'd like to see systems that are only a month behind as well.

    I'm not sure of a good way to do that since Microsoft uses KB### instead of version numbers. You could look at the Installed On field in Hot Fixes, but that's not going to be 100% accurate.
