PDQ Deploy using Pull Method. Failing when agent is installed (Internal)

Attempting to setup a Package with a msi located on a network drive, using the pull setting. After install the PDQ agent on my endpoints, I now get an error for "Login Failure: the user has not been granted the requested logon type at this computer"

Verified the background service on the console is running the correct credentials. The user also has log on as service rights. The same package will deploy successfully, when using a push method, however the pull method is failing.

What am I missing?
