Citrix Receiver Command Line Switch

I'm trying to install the Citrix Receiver with switch /AllowAddStore=N to suppress the "Add Account" window. The switch works when using it manually from CMD but not when deployed from PDQ. Any ideas?

Thanks

  • This shouldn't matter, but try renaming "CitrixReceiver 4.9 LTSR.exe" to something without spaces.

  • Removed spaces, no change. I can see the reg key is getting created.

  • Hi Mike, Did you ever get this issue resolved? I am also seeing this during Citrix Receiver upgrades. /AllowAddStore=N switch works fine from command line during manual install, but not PDQ.

  • Mike,

    I've deployed Citrix version 20.9.6.34 using the above and it works just fine.

    HKLM\Software\WOW6432Node\Citrix\Dazzle\AllowAddStore has been created, but what value should it have? = to N?

  • I have a .REG file untitled "AllowAddStoreSET.reg" file and it contains this:

    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Citrix\Dazzle]
    "AllowAddStore"="N"

    Using PDQ, I start a install command, point to the .REG file and deploy it to the TARGET PC.

    I checked and it works, it set AllowAddStore="N"
