Configure PDQ Deploy to ignore monthly preview updates

We just started using PDQ to deploy Windows updates on a test group of machines and so far things have been working pretty well.

This morning however I logged into PDQ Inventory and found all my machines I had updated are now outdated. It seems PDQ Deploy not only downloads Cumulative updates from patch Tuesdays but also downloads Microsoft Preview Updates or non-security updates.

What is the best way to configure PDQ Deploy to only download the monthly patch Tuesday patches each month?

We do not publish preview updates. The non-Patch Tuesday updates are out-of-band updates. The Collection Library has System Variables for the preview updates so that Inventory doesn't show machines as out of date if they have the previews.
