Read-Only PDQ Inventory ODBC Query

I have Read-only access to PDQ Inventory via ODBC Connection. I am trying to create a query that combines applications and computers. The report columns need to be hostname (windows computername), last logged in user, application, version. I can get the application columns but have been unable to add computers columns.
