Firefox update?

I’m trying to push out the Firefox patch (67.0.4) but PDQ is only showing 67.0.3. There is an approve button, but when I select it, nothing happens. I patched PDQ to see if that was the issue, but that didn’t do anything and I restarted the PDQ service, to no avail either.

Is the new patch available on PDQ yet and if so, how can I force PDQ to approve it?
