Can you create a report to grade your domain computers for PC Refresh?

I am trying to create a 3-5yr standard lifecycle and while we have had PDQ for a little over a year, I am not the main user of it but will be soon. I would like to know if there is a report you can run that says, this computer, based on its specs (ie. make, model number, CPU, etc...) is due for a replacement every 3 years. Can something like that be done with PDQ?

The guy before me used to have some sort of outdated tool that graded the computer, based on it's installed components and gave it a letter grade as to which he would print out or email to the CEO and try to get approval for a refresh. I'm looking for something very similar to that but in report form.
