Remove an older PolyVision Driver

Hello All, I'm trying to remove an older installation of the polyvision driver. After running the uninstall suggested by PDQ however the process times out after the alloted 3 minutes.

Next I tried to use an msi uninstall. However that complains that the program is not installed (the same file was used to install the program).

At this moment I'm running out of ides on how to get rid of it outside of manually going to the machines.
