PDQ "The service did not start due to a logon failure"
I'm trying to demo this product on a non internet connected network and it keeps giving me the error "The service did not start due to a logon failure". I've checked multiple articles with PDQ and tried the suggestions such as the below.
1.) verifying the correct AD account/making sure logon service is allowed 2.) Manually updating the username/password via services.msc 3.) Rebooting the hosting server several times
We have this deployed to an internet connected test environment and it seemed to just work the first time with identical configuration. We considered using this and pdq deploy as an alternative to other products but not if we can't get it working on the production network. Any ideas as to why we're having this problem? the environments are virtually identical save internet access.
