Report When Windows Updates Were Last Installed

I am wondering if I can build a report to show me the last time windows updates were installed on PC. I'm not so much concerned with WHAT update was installed I just want to know the end user actually installed up dates and when it was they last did it. Possible?

    You'll probably want to make use of the Hot Fix table, and the Installed On column to gather this data in a report:
