Files & Directories, Scanning FAT32 Formated Drives

Recently we have been asked to keep a record of files that were on users USB drives before they become blocked on our machines company wide (security reasons) File & Directories is happily scanning NTFS formats, but doesn't seem to scan FAT32 formats - is this by design or am I doing something wrong in my process.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated 😃
