Bitlocker Status inaccuracies?

I've found a PC that according to PDQ, does not have bitlocker enabled. However, by looking at manage-bde -status on said PC, it is indeed enabled.

How is PDQ determining BDE status?

Results in PDQ

Contradicting results given by running manage-bde -status on the local machine:

Hi Sam,

Edit Columns and Modify so you can see the BitLocker Encryption status and other information, does that reveal the information you are after?
