Hi,

I am new to PDQ, is there a simple way to use it in different sites and AD networks? what ports do we need? Can I modify them to use only 443?

Generally we recommend setting up DFS for your Repository. https://www.pdq.com/blog/setting-up-dfs-on-windows-server/
