Fresh Install

Hi,

I just downloaded PDQ Deploy on to a 1903 install of windows 10. When I go to run the short cut or the exe. I get the error

Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the approriate permissions to access the item. I am a local and domain admin.

I cannot get a fresh install to even run... What gives?

    Does it work if you right-click on it and choose "Run as administrator"?
