Yes, I do use the same response for all feature requests. I enter feature requests into our internal ticketing system, but that doesn't mean they'll be accepted.
I love getting feature requests from the community, but there's no way to fit everything into 1 release.
Yep, a company that loves, lives, and breathes automation uses automation. That's us.
