Have one PDQ Inventory agent I can't install

I have one W10 client that I can't get the PDQ Agent uninstalled. It is version 16.1.0.0, when I go to uninstall it says "PDQInventoryAgent.msi" is not a valid installation package for the product PDQ Inventory Agent. I also try to manually install the latest agent and I get the same error. Is there a cleanup tool to get rid of this agent?
