After updating version 16, PDQ inventory has been generating a high traffic multicast, impacting the performance of my network.

We had a similar problem. We had to disable LLMNR on our network and things greatly improved. See this article about LLMNR.... https://www.blackhillsinfosec.com/how-to-disable-llmnr-why-you-want-to/
