Package Library Update Information

Hi,

This is not an issue so much as a request for information (not sure if this is the right place to ask or not). Basically I'm just wondering how soon after new releases come out for applications are packages in the package library updated. Also are patches to applications included in the package library updates or just new versions?

I see most things update later the same day, or at least by the next day. I deal with security related patches mostly though so not sure about some of the other stuff. You can get notices of the updates here https://twitter.com/PackageLibrary

We try to get new versions out as fast as we can, but they can sometimes get delayed.

For most packages we just release the new version. The only one I can think of that we have a patch for is Adobe Reader.
