Google Hangouts Chat

I know it's probably been asked before, but how about a package for Google Hangouts Chat?  No, it's not hard to script and install, but Google has this very annoying popup when they release a new version. Even if it's installed for all users, it prompts the user to "download now" and my non-administrative users all run out to install it.. and can't.  That gives a flood of tickets to the help desk.  And then I come in the morning to a bunch of unhappy people.  If it were in the package library, I could at least set it to auto-download so it would automagically send and catch these people up.
