Patching for Dejablue(CVE-2019-1181/2)

I am looking to use PDQ to mass patch our environment for the recent Dejablue vulnerabilities. Do the cumulative 1803/1809 packages patch the DejaBlue vulnerabilities as well? I was also told you will need to do a Servicing stack update. I was wondering if your 1803/1809 cumulative updates handled the aforementioned issues and if the respective win 7/win8.1 roll-ups did as well?

    If I'm reading the CVE bulletin correctly, that was patched back in August. The Windows updates are cumulative, so if you deploy the latest ones from our Package Library they'll cover this.
