Java 8 - JRE8 licensing change?

Hi, I keep reading conflicting statements about Java 8 and licensing. When goign to download java from 

https://www.java.com/en/download/win10.jsp you now get a message re, the license isnt free for commercial use.

I am wondering if we should have Oracle commercial licenses now, if we continue to download Java 8 updates via PDQ deploy, to machines in a commercial environment.
