Teamviewer 14 custom host install for .exe
I'm trying to find a way to make a .exe deployment work for Teamviewer 14 host. It seems ridiculous that they force people to buy a higher tier subscription in order to facilitate deployment. I don't need the extra features of the higher tier and will not be forced to pay it, so I'm hoping that someone else who's gone through the same thing has found a way to make the .exe work. I've gotten it somewhat working, it prompts for allow and finish for account assignment but it won't pass along either the granting of easy access nor personal password settings. I can live with the prompt to finish and allow, I can just send out an all email informing end users to click that, but I'd prefer to not have them have to do anything else.

Im deploying teamviewer full and host with exe installers without any problems. You also need to deploy the teamviewer settings you wish to have to be set. Thats done through registry entries.
1. install tv-host on a client (manual) and configure all settings you need
2. within teamviwer settings you can export these settings..
3. create softwarepackage, first step install, second step import configuration, then restart and voila ;-) -
I pretty much tried that, exported the reg file, then ran the reg file after install, but the settings don't take hold. If I go into the tv host, then use the import feature through the actual software it works just fine. I did not try doing a restart after running the reg file though. I will give that a shot.
