Does anyone know if there is a Powershell script available to change all of the necessary settings on a workstation and / or a Server?

I'm afraid that you'll have to be more specific. What settings are you wanting to change?
Any setting necessary for PDQ to communicate with my workstations.
Firewall, snmp, file sharing, whatever this software uses to communicate with the workstations.
Or how about a step by step on what to look for in the workstation settings.
Are you experiencing a particular issue with PDQ that you suspect is caused by your workstations not being configured correctly? If you can be more specific with what issues you are having then it would be easier to point you in the right direction.
