AutoCAD 2020 license type

Good afternoon

What registry key do you use to find the AutoCAD 2020 license type? I thought it might be 

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Autodesk\AutoCAD\R23.0\ACAD-2001:409\StandaloneNetworkType

this is returning values of 0. What does that indicate? From the help

ACADSTANDALONENETWORKTYPE identifies the type of license being installed. It has three possible values: 0 for both network and stand-alone, 1 for stand-alone, and 3 for network.

How can it be both network and stand-alone?
