Tools become unusable when placed in folder.

I'm not sure if I'm missing something or if this is a bug.  I have made several tools that sets the users default printer.  Since I can't figure a way to specify the printer locally and still run the command as logged on user I made a separate tool for each printer.  This works fine until I created a folder to hold these tools.  Once placed in a folder they are greyed out.

I tried moving the tools to a previously existing folder and they work.
