Auto Download Package Core FTP LE 2.2.1929 stuck in uninstalling

Hi

I am trying to deploy the PDQ provided Auto Download Package for CoreFTP LE

It seems to be getting stuck at the step where it tries to uninstall prior versions, and never progresses, unless I abort the deployment.

I tried to submit a request to PDQ but they are not responding.

So I hope someone is able to assist?
