MSVS Deployment failed

Hi all, I am trying to deploy Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package MFC Security Update (vcredist_x86.exe) but deployment fails on all machines. I tried many times and each time the same result. In one instance I received "{0}Are you missing silent install parameter?" error and in another I got the following output log file on one of the machines I am new at PDQ and using the free mode of PDQ version 18.12.0:
