Scanner failed with error code 255

Hello,

I'm getting this error on one machine, running Server 2012.

Here is a list of the troubleshooting I've done so far.

  • I've followed the suggestions from this link without any luck.
  • Verified PDQ does have access to the machine in question with the remote repair feature.
  • Tried scanning that machine with a different account.
  • Tried stopping the PDQ service, and starting it with a different account.

So far nothing I've tried has worked. I've done a little searching around the web and didn't find anything promising so I'm posting here now.
