Anybody Help with Java installation ?

Hi all,
I have a Java - X86 u231, to install in all my machines and is necessary copy .sites in %windir%\sun\java\Deployment\ to the user computer .
When i see .sites doc in user PC is blank, don't have any sites that i inserted.
Can you help with this , please ?
