Changed Repo path, moved repo, still showing errors

I have done this on 5 other machines, so I have it well documented and tested. However, on this one particular machine, packages are still showing the yellow triangle.

STEPS:

1. PDQ Deploy 18.2.12.0 in Enterprise Mode. Installed fresh on Windows 10 x64. Copied Database from previous Windows 7 machine. All the packages showed up.

2. In an effort to make my Deploy machines operate in Pull mode, I moved the Repository to a file share, changed the user the runs the background service to a Domain Admin account with access to that folder, and edited the three columns in InstallSteps and FileCopySteps in the Database.

3. Packages that were set to auto-download show an error that the files cannot be found. OK, I try to right-click -> Redownload, and let it finish. Nope, same error. Restart the computer, no change.

I am logged in as the particular Domain Admin. If I ask to download a NEW package, it saves just fine.

What can I do to fix this?
