Error in Security-NetLogon upon Scan

We are seeing an error pop-up in the Windows Event Log in Security-NetLogon when PDQ Inventory does a scan:

The scan does complete, just generates the error.  We are seeing this both on servers and workstations that are scanned (Windows Server 2016 and Windows 10). 

I even spun up a test domain, completely segregated, and STILL got the error.  Has anybody else ever seen this?  Our domain level is Server 2016.
